Great accommodation with excellent setting close to San Jose Central Market and Transtica bus station. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. - Really helpful and affable hotel employees all around.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

overall it was budget and amazingly comfortable, with a private bathroom. a roll-in shower and bath sheets were very handy.

we had the a double room which was cool and comfortable. the location was unbeatable and excellent for walking around barrio mexico. some of the stuff members were very amiable.

The location of the hotel next to the Transtica bus station was incredibly convenient for us. We had heavy luggage, so being able to walk to and from the bus station was a blessing. The room we stayed in was very clean, providing a comfortable stay for us. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the women at reception, who assisted us with checking in after a temporary electricity issue.

The first room we were assigned had some minor issues, such as a lack of hot water and a broken shower head.
